We use UPS as our standard shipping method. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. You may expect your order to arrive 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is shipped. Please note that our order processing (24-48 hours in most cases) takes place from Monday through Friday, and excludes holidays.
Overnight and 2nd day shipping is available for an additional charge on web orders placed before noon, EST, Monday through Friday. (Overnight orders placed on the weekend will be shipped after entry on Monday.)
Sorry, but we cannot ship orders internationally at this time.
APO/EPO orders will be shipped by Priority Mail.
Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands add $15. We cannot guarantee timely shipping to these locations.

We are more than happy to give gift orders our special attention. Upon request we are happy to put gift items into our signature gift packaging with a gift card for $5.95. If you would like to put a message on your card, fill out the recipient's name, address, and your message on the order form. Sorry, only one gift package per order. Please note that some larger items cannot be sent in our signature gift packaging. Please contact Customer Service with any questions.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Should you be less than happy with your order, please return any unused items in their original packaging to us within 30 days with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or issue a store credit. Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened color cosmetics or fragrances, apparel that has been worn (robes, etc.), or sale merchandise.
All online order refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend UPS or USPS). Include your packing slip and please let us know the reason for the return. We’re sorry, but shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
