Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow
ample time for check-in, changing (optional), and pre-treatment relaxation time. Late arrivals may experience shortened treatment times.
We require at least 24 hours notice to
cancel or change an appointment, and a valid credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value.
“No-shows” will be charged in full to the credit card number on file.
Please alert us if you are pregnant, have
injuries, are using Retin A, Accutane, photosensitizing medications or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. To ensure your safety, we require a client-check form to be completed before your treatment.
Please turn off pagers and cell phones upon entering the spa. We do not have the facilities to accommodate children and respectfully ask that you make other arrangements for them.
Tipping is left to your discretion and is much
appreciated. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the front desk.
We have made a commitment to safety, cleanliness
and hygiene, and sterilize and sanitize our equipment for all services and treatments. All facial, massage and nail services can be customized to meet your expectations (preferred nail shaping, more or less massage pressure, more extensive extractions, etc).
Please alert your spa technician and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

In order to ensure the quality and standards of our services, we reserve the right to modify, discontinue or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep any valuables with you for the duration of your visit.
